This 12-week program is designed to empower you to take decisive action toward building the life you desire. Through focused, one-on-one coaching, you’ll gain the clarity and tools needed to create lasting change. This program is a powerful, structured way to gain the clarity, support, and accountability you need to make lasting changes in your life.

    Program Includes:

    • One 90-Minute Intake and Assessment Session
      A comprehensive starting point to understand your values, goals, challenges, and aspirations.
    • 11 x 45-Minute One-on-One Coaching Sessions
      Focused sessions to help you make progress each week.

    What is Coaching and How is It Different from Psychotherapy or Counseling?

    Coaching is currently an unregulated profession, though certain coaching programs—such as Erickson Coaching International —are accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF). Erickson coaches adopt a solution-focused approach, concentrating on the present and the future. They guide clients in building mental fitness and resilience, empowering them to achieve their goals. Coaching is typically a time-limited process aimed at fostering personal growth and actionable results.

    In contrast, psychotherapy is provided by licensed and regulated professionals, such as psychotherapists, psychologists, and physicians. It is primarily for individuals dealing with mental health conditions such as depression, trauma, or anxiety. Therapists often explore past experiences to help clients understand and manage their present emotional state. Psychotherapy is not typically time-limited, and, in some cases, physicians and psychiatrists may prescribe medication as part of treatment.

    Counseling, like coaching, is an unregulated field, but counselors focus more on problem analysis and providing advice. They work with clients by offering guidance, imparting information, and developing structured plans for clients to follow. The emphasis is on giving direction and support for specific challenges or life decisions.
